Dimensional Health is located in Building Two on the 4th Floor at 6300 Bee Cave Road. Please follow signage to the clinic entrance at the far end of the hallway. The operating hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm, the same as our office.
Our dedicated virtual care team is available on the Crossover platform for all services weekdays from 8am-5pm. Primary Care and Care Navigation are also available on the weekends 8am-5pm and there is a doctor on call 24-7 via phone.

Dimensional Health offers primary care services, laboratory work, physical therapy, mental health, and maintenance allergy desensitization injections. Dimensional Health has two MDs on staff as well as a registered nurse, and a physical therapist.

Dimensional is not operating the clinic and does not have access to patient records. We selected Crossover Health Medical Group to manage all aspects of Dimensional Health.

No, Dimensional does not have access to your health information. Your personal health information is protected by federal privacy and security regulations. Crossover Health complies with HITRUST to protect personal health information, following standards for privacy, security, and network architecture. As a separate medical group, Crossover does not share identifiable health information with your employer. Any violation of this privacy policy by Dimensional or any other person is a clear violation of HIPAA legislation and carries significant legal and financial consequences.

Dimensional Health is considered an in-network facility for Dimensional’s two United Healthcare insurance plans. If you are not on a Dimensional Health insurance plan, Dimensional Health cannot process visits as out-of-network.

Cost depends on your insurance plan. For HSA members, doctor visits are $55. For PPO members, doctor visits require the standard primary care copay of $25. These fees include any lab work associated with your visit.

Crossover Health works with a wide community of providers in the greater Austin area. Specialists can be recommended and care coordinated for all patients, including those in other states.

Established patients residing in Texas can reach a care team member after hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, for urgencies and emergencies. Patients residing outside of Texas can access the care team during regular clinic hours.

All patients can message their provider, request a prescription refill, and review your results online through the health portal. Depending on the nature of the request, your provider can access your online health record to document care, order your requested prescription refills, or communicate with specialists and imaging centers in the community as needed.

Dimensional Health Physicians can prescribe and send your medications to the pharmacy of your choice.

Dimensional Health can perform your biometric screening as a preventive or regular office visit. Dimensional Health will conduct biometric screening clinics a few times throughout the year as well. Results will be coordinated between the clinic and SimplyWell, our wellness carrier.

Yes, all visiting employees from a U.S. office on a Dimensional health insurance plan can access the clinic.

If your position is eligible for benefits and you have enrolled in one of Dimensional’s health insurance plans, you are eligible to visit the clinic. Contractors are not eligible at this time.
